Getting Started

There is no charge for the initial exam in our office. You will be sent an initial exam form prior to the appointment (or it can be downloaded on this site). Either Dr. Jason or Dr. Dave will conduct an exam to determine if it is the right time to begin treatment or whether treatment should wait for further growth and dental development to occur. Allow 30 minutes for your first visit to our office.

The doctor will discuss treatment options with you. There are also a variety of brace types which could be used to straighten your teeth (metal, ceramic or invisalign). We utilize the latest technology in braces to provide the most efficient means of straightening teeth with the least discomfort.

Orthodontic fees vary based upon the complexity of each individual case. The doctor will discuss approximate costs. However, an exam is only one component of an orthodontic diagnosis. If it is the right time to begin treatment, study models of the teeth, x-rays and photographs will also be gathered and used by the doctors to develop a definitive diagnosis, treatment plan and cost. The treatment plan and cost will then be presented to you at a subsequent conference.
